CompareTheHosts (“CTHs”) is open and transparent about all CTHs products, opportunities, and services. In accessing and using the services of CTHs, you commit to all terms and conditions set in this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement” or “Terms of Use”). Additional Terms of Service
Participation in any additional projects, exchange programs, or tips offered by CTHs will again require a user to review the policies and regulations that govern the use of that particular service, product, or program.
Conduct
Any potential customer agrees to solely use the website for lawful purposes, and not to compromise the security of the website, render it inaccessible to others or cause damage to the content, service or website. As a user, you agree to refrain from any action that may add, subtract or modify the content of the site. You agree to refrain from accessing content without permission and will not use the website in any way other than the way it is intended.
Unsolicited Recommendations
CTHs or any of its employees, affiliates, and associates do not accept unsolicited information marketing ideas, advertising campaigns, new technologies, services, product names, or processes. In this way, CTHs avoids business conflicts and misunderstandings. Refrain from sending unsolicited ideas or offers to CTHs. These ideas will automatically become the property of CTHs if they are sent. The company will have no obligation to return any confidential information and can use any idea for any purpose including the right to give the idea to someone else.
CTHs does welcome user feedback regarding the company website, especially information that will help fulfill a customer’s requirements. This feedback can be given through the contact information located on the website.
Confidential and Proprietary Information
CTHs is not interested in receiving proprietary or confidential information from you via the website. Any material or information sent to the website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. The company will consider any sender as having the legal right to post the submission he is sending, and such submission will not violate the law or rights of any entity or person. You authorize CTHs the royalty-free irrevocable permission to use, display and distribute in whole or in part, the submission in any manner it sees fit.
Security
A registered member of the website is responsible for his membership identification and security information has given him. He is responsible for restricting access to his computer and agrees to accept responsibility for any activity that occurs under his membership identification and password.

This Terms of Use Agreement with CTHs constitutes the entire agreement between all parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Enforcement
If any clause in this agreement is considered invalid or unenforceable by a court of law in a competent jurisdiction, other areas of the agreement will remain in effect. Disputes relating to this agreement, the use of the website or any other of the CTHs websites will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to any other conflict of law provisions.
